GRADING DEFINITIONS
The following are abbreviatons for describing the condition of
the item:
- NM = Near Mint
- VF = Very Fine
- FN = Fine
- VG = Very Good
- G = Good

ABBREVIATONS LEGEND
- cvr - appears on cover and inside
- co - appears *only* on the cover, not inside
- "a"- appears inside
- ml - mailing label
- mlpo - mailing label pulled off
