Please contact me via Email or by written letter including the following 2 pieces of information:
1) The magazines or items you wish to order.
2) The state / province and zip/postal code.
3) If outside North America, the country and postal code.

Once I receive your order, I will assemble the order (items available) and place it on reserve for you. All shipping prices, and other pertinent information will be given at that time.
For clients who write me by postal mail please do not send payment until I have confirmed
the availability of the magazine and the shipping costs.
